Woven Paths, released on August 26, 2026, is the latest album from Baltimore-based world fusion trio Melodic Intersect.
The album brings together the rich traditions of Indian classical music with Spanish flamenco, funk, jazz, and contemporary electronic textures. Featuring Hidayat Khan on sitar, Enayet Hossain on tabla, and Greg Hatza on piano and synthesizers, Woven Paths explores the meeting point between different musical cultures and traditions.
Across its ten tracks, the album creates a distinctive musical journey where intricate rhythms, expressive melodies, and modern soundscapes come together in a vibrant cross-cultural dialogue.
