
The James L. Knight Center in Miami will become the epicenter of inspiration, innovation and networking on October 11 with the arrival of HEROES 2025: Conference + Networking, a unique event that promises to transform the way Hispanics in the United States and the world understand business, mindset and leadership.
For a full day, 444 entrepreneurs, businessmen and community leaders will live a 360 experience that combines 19 dynamic TED-type talks, three keynote speeches by international figures, a panel of experts, the exclusive launch of the book “Heroes: Voices that Inspire”, a stage closing with El Mentalista Michel Gallero and a premium networking experience with tastings and live music.
An agenda designed to take action
The event will open with the powerful story of Nelson Hurtado, who will tell how he went “From Nurse to Millionaire,” setting the tone for what will be a day of real testimonies and practical strategies.
Throughout the day, the public will enjoy inspiring and high-value talks by Adrián Chirinos, Martha Leplaid, Allan Rodríguez, Lina Espinosa, David Rodríguez, Gray Delgado Peter, Ros-Ana Guillén, Ani Miller, Washington Calvache, Luis Osorio, Marlon Medina, Eddy Vera, Katherim Romero, Carla Vielma, Stephanie Pineda, Ornella Jiménez, Rosángela Sabbagh & Sergio Villegas, and Liliana Miranda.
These short presentations, 15 minutes each, will offer concrete insights on resilience, leadership, marketing, purpose, immigration, and business in the United States.
The great keynotes of HEROES 2025 will be in charge of:

·Rashel Díaz: The DNA of the successful entrepreneur: Faith, mentality, trust and organization.
·Sheynnis Palacios (Miss Universe 2023): Mental health in business.
Special moments
The event will also feature an Expert Panel moderated by Scarlet Ortiz, the recognition of the Honorary Godfather/Godmother, and the official launch of the book “Heroes: Voices that Inspire,” the first edition that collects testimonies from Hispanic leaders in the United States.
The closing will be a unique show with Michel Gallero, El Mentalista, who will take the audience to experience a show of hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming applied to personal and business growth.
