New year…old single, but in a new guise. Grupo Extra enters 2024 by celebrating its fifteen years of life, dusting off their greatest commercial success, Me Emborracherè , (of which more than one version already exists) and presenting it for the first time to the rhythm of sauce.
To do this they made use of the help of the Cuban singer and rapper Harold Flow and Los 4, the Cuban salsa and salsaton group that in the recent past has made salsa versions of well-known songs, giving them that energy which is one of the best qualities of the quartet.
Me Emborracharé En Lima (this is the new title, to differentiate it from Me Emborracharé en Miami , released last summer, in an urban-dance version) is thus a salsa with a very engaging rhythm and well-chosen rap inserts.
