Albert Sanchez y La Clave Latina return with their latest single, “Te Estoy Cazando,” a vibrant salsa recording that embraces the sound and energy of traditional Latin music.
Puerto Rican saxophonist, arranger, and producer Albert Sanchez leads the production and shares the arrangement with Gerardo “Pachangara” Araujo, who also composed the song and delivers the lead vocals.
The recording features a powerful musical ensemble, including Luis Chafalote on trumpets, Percy Recavarren on trombones, and Albert Sanchez on baritone saxophone. The rhythm section includes piano, bass, bongó, timbales, and congas, with Gerardo Araujo on bongó and timbales and Reynaldo Araujo on congas.
Sanchez began his musical journey at the age of seven. After exploring guitar and percussion, he eventually established himself as a saxophonist and has performed and recorded with numerous prominent Latin artists, including Pete “El Conde” Rodríguez, Nacho Sanabria, Raúl Marrero, La Lupe, Tito Allen, Andy Montañez, Lalo Rodríguez, Michael Stuart, Jerry Rivera, and Tito Puente Jr.
La Clave Latina made its debut in 2013 with From Down Below and has continued developing its distinctive salsa sound through subsequent releases. After returning to the scene with new music in 2025 and 2026, the group now presents “Te Estoy Cazando,” a recording that combines seasoned musicianship, strong arrangements, and the unmistakable flavor of classic salsa. A powerful new salsa release for listeners who appreciate authentic Latin rhythms, live instrumentation, and the tradition of classic salsa.
